Enjoy a five-course dinner by Chef Peter’s Michelin-starred team, each course paired with a Ramey wine and a benchmark comparison wine. Founded in 1996 by David and Carla Ramey, the winery is now led by Alan and Claire, who continue its legacy of producing world-class wines from Sonoma and Napa. Champagne reception at 6:30 PM; dinner at 7:15 PM
