CHOCOLATE FONDANT

CHANTILLY CREAM, RED RASPBERRY

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees

  • Places fondants on baking tray and bake for 9 minutes (first video below)

  • Follow Chef Peter Armellino’s plating guide (second video below)

KITCHEN PLATING AND UTENSILS

  • Spoon

  • Culinary tweezers

  • Kitchen towel in case fondant is too hot to handle

  • Large round plate
